Get Fired Up as the Heat play their final two home games of the month, a back-to-back weekend series starting tonight, as the team hosts the Bakersfield Condors for what will be the fourth and fifth meetings between the teams this season in their 10 game season series. Stockton is 3-0-0-0 this season against the Condors and are now 13-13-1-0 all-time against Bakersfield.

LAST TIME VS. BAKERSFIELD
After shutting the Condors out at Rabobank Arena in Gillies’ first shutout of the season, the Heat went for the back-to-back sweep and started off on the right foot, scoring four goals in the first period from Hunter Shinkaruk and Brett Findlay tallies, sandwiched between a pair of Morgan Klimchuk tallies.
However, Bakersfield responded with the next three goals, all in the second period before Findlay would get his second of the night in the third period, giving the Heat the 5-3 win and taking both road games at Rabobank Arena.
WHO TO WATCH
After a successful season debut for the Flames last week in which he went plus-2 in a win over the Detroit Red Wings, defenseman Rasmus Andersson is back with the Heat and presumably, back with his defensive partner Tyler Wotherspoon!
At the time of his call-up, Andersson was leading Heat defensemen in points and ranked among the AHL’s most prolific point getters from the blueline, until Wotherspoon took that honor from him with points in both games last week.
