  • Stockton is 6-0-0-1 against Bakersfield and haven’t lost in regulation to the Condors in their last 10 games against the team dating back to March 8 of the 2016-17 season
    • Of those 10 games the Heat are 5-0-0-0 at home and 4-0-0-1 at Rabobank Arena
      • Their last regulation loss to Bakersfield came back on February 25 in a 3-1 loss to the Condors
    • The Heat have outscored Bakersfield 27-13 this season
  • Andrew Mangiapane is tied 9th in the AHL with 22 points on the season
    • He’s also fourth in the AHL with a plus-15 rating
    • His goal on Thursday in Bakersfield was his first game winning goal of the season, the third of his career, and first since November 5, 2016
  • Jon Gillies ranks 12th in the AHL with a 2.43 goals-against-average and with a .921 save-percentage
  • Rasmus Andersson and Tyler Wotherspoon are not only tied for the team lead in points among Heat defenders, they’re also tied for 15th among AHL blueliners with 12 points (both 2-10-12)
  • Wotherspoon was a big contributor in the Heat’s comeback on Friday night in Bakersfield, recording a goal and an assist in a 13 second span for the Heat.  Those two goals in 13 seconds snapped the previous record established on March 1, 2017 when Mark Jankowski and Morgan Klimchuk scored 15 seconds apart from one another in the second period in a 6-2 win over Ontario.
  • Marek Hrivik led the Heat in points during the month of November, recording 3 goals and 7 assists for 10 points in the 10 games during the month
  • Morgan Klimchuk scored 4 goals and recorded 6 points during the month of November and kicked off December with a game tying goal in the third period to send the game against the Condors to overtime (PHOTO BY MARK NESSIA).

    Cody Goloubef scored a goal on his 28th birthday on Thursday morning in Bakersfield, his first ever point in a game played on his birthday (only other birthday game played was during 2013-14 season with the AHL’s Springfield Falcons)

  • Brett Pollock recorded his first AHL assist and first AHL point on Thursday morning in Bakersfield since April 10, 2016, which was Pollock’s first career AHL goal
  • The Heat are still the seventh most penalized team in the AHL, averaging 15:70 in the box every night. The only Pacific Division squad who averages more minutes is San Diego who leads the AHL
