The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will alternately close the northbound and southbound on and off-ramps on Interstate 5 from Hammer Lane to the Sacramento/San Joaquin County line for highway construction. No two consecutive ramps will be closed at the same time.
Work is scheduled to begin Sunday, October 6, 2013, through Friday, October 11, 2013, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
Motorists should expect 10 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.
This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/or materials and construction related issues.
