Art Expressions of San Joaquin will be featuring three photographers in May and June at the County Administration Building 44 N. San Joaquin Street from May 7 through July 2, 2018. Featured artists will be Arturo Vera who has spent nearly 40 years mastering the art of photography, joining Mr. Vera will be George Adair a past photography teacher at Franklin High School who has been photographing for 50+ years. Up-and-coming photographer Sydney Spurgeon, a graduate from St. Mary’s High School currently attending San Joaquin Delta College in preparation for her career in photography. Please join us at a meet-the-artist reception on Friday, May 11 from 5:00 PM to 7 PM , the event will be highlighted by a musical performance by Rhonda Nunes Collective Duo and poetry reading by Bob Laird in conjunction with ArtSplash.
