Delta College announces finalists for Superintendent/President position

The San Joaquin Delta College Board of Trustees has named Dr. Omid Pourzanjani and Brenda Thames as the two finalists for the District Superintendent/President position. The College’s hope is to announce the permanent Superintendent/President to replace Dr. Kathy Hart early this summer with a projected starting date for the new Superintendent/President before the beginning of Fall Semester 2019.

The City of Stockton Office of Violence Prevention (OVP) invites the community to learn more about OVP’s work and the positive steps they take toward reducing violent crime locally. Data and Donuts will be held Friday, May 31, 2019, from 9 – 11 a.m. at Van Buskirk Community Center, 734 Houston Ave. This public presentation focuses on actual data and statistics and is open to anyone interested in violence reduction.
