The City’s Annual Budget is adopted before the beginning of each fiscal year, which is July 1. The Stockton City Council holds Strategic Priority Sessions and receives periodic updates starting in January. The six-month City Council process ends with Budget Study Sessions and the process is complete when the new budget for the upcoming fiscal year is adopted.

The College’s hope is to announce the permanent Superintendent/President to replace Dr. Kathy Hart early this summer with a projected starting date for the new Superintendent/President before the beginning of Fall Semester 2019.
