All lanes on B Street will be closed for repairs between Ralph Avenue and Carpenter Road, Friday, August 17, 2018, starting at 7 a.m., through Thursday, August 23, 2018. The roadway is scheduled to re-open on Friday, August 24.
The closure will impact all northbound and southbound travel on B Street between Ralph Avenue and Carpenter Road – all vehicles, pedestrians and bicycles. Detours will be posted to direct traffic through neighborhoods to Airport Way as an alternate route. Travelers will be directed by changing message boards and temporary signage. Access will be provided to residents and businesses in the immediate area.
Travelers are advised to avoid this area during the closure and to use alternate routes, as the road work will result in significant time delays. Please pay close attention to flaggers and signs in the work zones, and be on alert for workers and equipment.
