Big Three Home Games in January for the Pacific Tigers

Three big home games are on the docket for the Tigers this month. As of Jan. 2, Pacific leads the WCC in offensive rebounds per game (13.1) and is second in free throw attempts (331) and rebounds (608) and third in free throws made (223) and rebound margin (5.5).

Thursday - 1/12 - 7 P.M. vs Pepperdine
This is always a great game when these two teams square off. The Tigers fell in OT the last time the last time these two teams met (2/13/16).

A funny "Did You Know" about Pepperdine - The co-founder of e-harmony Neil Clark Warren (the guy in the tv commercials) is a Pepperdine Alum.  (purchase tickets)

Saturday - 1/21 - 3 P.M. vs BYU
The Spanos Center will be packed as the Cougars and the Tigers square off. The Tigers toppled BYU in Provo last time they met. The win snapped a 17-game win streak for BYU. It was voted as the biggest upset in the WCC last year. (purchase tickets)

Saturday - 1/28 - 1 P.M. vs USF - Youth Jersey Giveaway
One of the two giveaway dates on the schedule this year as the Tiger host USF. The first 1,000 kids under 14 will receive their very own Pacific Youth Jersey. This has been a very popular game that families have circled on their calendar as the youth jersey is a great giveaway presented by WingStop. (purchase tickets)

ADDITIONAL EVENT...The first PAF Coaches Luncheon of 2017 is set for Tuesday, January 10th at Dave Wong’s restaurant on March Lane from 11:45am-1:00pm. This luncheon will feature 4 of our Pacific Tiger teams, including Women's Tennis, Women's Soccer and Men's and Women's Basketball. The program will include a short talk from each of our coaches along with a Q&A with both our coaches and our student-athletes.
