The City of Stockton is currently accepting applications for the Climate Action Plan Advisory Committee. To be considered for appointment, those interested must submit an application online. A link to the application is available at www.stocktongov.com/bcvacancies. The City will be accepting applications until Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at 5:00 p.m.
The Climate Action Plan Advisory Committee is a 10-member Committee that serves as an advisory body to the City Council and makes recommendations on Climate Action Plan activities within the City of Stockton. There is one (1) vacancy that must be filled by a labor representative. The term of service is for two (2) years with no term limit; committee meets once a month.
All applicants must be registered to vote and must live within the city limits of Stockton throughout the term of service. Qualified applicants will be notified of the interview date and process.
