Delta College’s Citizens’ Oversight Committee (COC) has released its Measure L Bond 2013/14 Annual Report. The COC is responsible for reviewing expenditures related to the College’s $250-million Measure L general obligation bond, which was approved by voters on March 2, 2004.
The Citizens’ Oversight Committee consists of at least nine members. Committee members must reside in the San Joaquin Delta Community College District, be 18 years or older, and may not be an employee, vendor, contractor or consultant for the District.
Committee responsibilities include: reviewing quarterly expenditure reports produced by the District; informing the public concerning the District’s expenditure of bond proceeds, and presenting an annual report to the Board of Trustees.
