Join the Emergency Good Bank on Monday, January 25 from 11am - 12 noon for a free workshop cooking plant-based and food sampling. This monthly vegan food sampling at the local food bank creates a learning experience to prepare affordable, healthy, and humane meals. This month they will prepare a lemon quinoa cilantro chickpea salad.
