Lane Shift at Highway 99 at French Camp Road

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform a long term closure of the southbound on-ramp from French Camp Road to State Route 99 and shift traffic lanes into the median for bridge construction. Work will occur as follows.
 
The on-ramp will close Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at 8:00 p.m. and is scheduled to reopen in April 2014. A detour is in place along the east Frontage Road to the southbound Lathrop Road on-ramp;

Southbound traffic lanes will be shifted into the median from just north of French Camp Road to just south of French Camp Road beginning Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at 8:00 p.m. until April 2014.
 
Motorists should expect 10 minute delays.  Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.
 
This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/ or materials, and construction related issues.
