Movies At The Point at Weber Point Events Center Starts June 14

It’s time for another fun-filled summer with Movies At The Point. These family-friendly events from the City of Stockton Community Services Department are held monthly, beginning June 14. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and set-up under the stars at the beautiful Weber Point Events Center in downtown Stockton and enjoy free PG-rated movies with family and friends. Closed captioning is provided for the hard of hearing, upon request.

Movies At The Point is a free film series featuring a different movie the second Friday of every month, beginning in June and ending with the Spooktacular event in October.

Gates to Weber Point Events Center open at 6:30 p.m., and all movies begin at dusk. The Spooktacular event in October includes additional festivities and will start a little earlier with gates open at 5:30 p.m. Admission is free and seating is first-come, first-served. Movie-goers are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and picnic-style dinners. Concessions will also be available to purchase an assortment of snacks. To ensure a family-friendly and safe environment, glass containers and bottles, alcohol, and smoking are not permitted in the park.
