Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium Hosts San Francisco Giants World Champions Trophy Tour

San Francisco Giants World Champions Trophy Tour on February 12, 2015

Every time San Francisco Giants win a World Championship, fans line up throughout California and across the country to view the trophy when it stops at a nearby city.  Stockton Giants fans will get another chance to show their team loyalty at the Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium, 525 N. Center Street, on Thursday, February 12, 2015, from 5-7 p.m.  The 2010, 2012, and 2014 trophies will be on display for two hours and open to the public for a free viewing.  Fans will have the opportunity to view and snap a photo with the trophies.  Thousands of Stockton fans celebrated when the San Francisco Giants became World Champions with a third title in five years.  So Giants and Trophy Tour representatives want to give back to local fans and will do their best to make sure everyone has a chance to view, but not touch, the championship trophies.

To keep the tour on schedule, fans will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Depending on the size of the crowd, representatives may limit the use of personal cameras to allow the maximum number of fans to view the trophy. On-street and metered parking is available in the area surrounding the Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium.  Limited surface lot parking is available at the corner of Center Street and Oak Street.  Please note all postings, as parking restrictions will be enforced. The World Champions Trophy Tour is made possible by the San Francisco Giants and Bank of America.  For a complete tour schedule and more information, please visit www.sfgiants.com/trophy.
