Weberstown Mall, Stockton’s family friendly retail center, will enhance its dining mix when Blaze Pizza opens in spring 2017 near the mall’s main entrance. The fast-casual pizza chain will join Weberstown Mall’s diverse assortment of dining options, which includes Grand Buffet, Leno’s Birdcage Café, Charley’s Grilled Subs and Chipotle.
Blaze has quickly become one of the nation’s hottest restaurant concepts, with fans lining up each day for the custom-built pizzas, freshly made salads, blood orange lemonade and s’more pies. Guests can customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create their own, choosing from a wide selection of fresh, artisanal ingredients – all for about $8. The generously-sized personal pizzas are then sent to a blazing hot open-flame oven – the centerpiece of the restaurant – where dedicated pizzasmiths ensure that the thin-crust pies are fast-fire’d and ready to eat in just 180 seconds.
“Weberstown Mall is thrilled to welcome Blaze Pizza to our continually expanding lineup of popular shopping and dining options,” said Tom Cleveland, mall manager at Weberstown Mall. “This addition signifies our commitment to provide an eclectic retail and dining roster that meets shopper demand.”
Blaze Pizza is one of the several changes shoppers can look forward to at Weberstown Mall. This summer, the expanded Shoe Palace will be relocated in the JCPenney wing and this fall Bath & Body Works will expand their store to include an even larger selection of merchandise. Additionally this fall, Victoria’s Secret, currently closed, will reopen as its popular PINK concept store and Foot Locker will remodel. Panera Bread is also scheduled to open this fall.
