The Stockton Thunder have announced their three home dates for the Western Conference Semifinals against the winner of the #3 Utah Grizzlies and #6 Bakersfield Condors playoff series.
The Stockton Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s New York Islanders and AHL’s Bridgeport Sound Tigers, have announced that the team will host Games 3 and 4 and if necessary, Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinal on May 7, 9, and 10.
The Thunder start on the road for Games 1 and 2 before heading back home for Game 3 and 4 and if necessary, Game 5. If the series should need to continue further, Game 6 and 7 would be played on the road as well.
Game 3 will take place on Wednesday, May 7 and begin at 7:00 p.m. with Stockton Arena doors opening at 6:00 p.m. Game 4 would be Friday, May 9 at 7:30 p.m. and if it should be necessary, Game 5 would take place the following day, Saturday, May 10 also at 7:30 p.m. with Stockton Arena opening their doors an hour before the opening puck drop.
The #7 seed Stockton Thunder swept the #2 seeded Ontario Reign in the Western Conference Quarterfinals and await the winner of the #3 Utah Grizzlies vs. #6 Bakersfield Condors series. Once the opponent is known the Thunder will know the other four dates and times.
Current Season Ticket Holders need not worry about tickets to the second round of the playoffs as they are included and will be mailed out to you on Friday, April 25th! Group tickets are also available for fans that wish to bring 10 or more people out to one or all of the games starting at $9. Single game tickets are available through the Stockton Arena Box Office and online at Ticketmaster.com on Monday, April 28th at 10 a.m. beginning at $11.
The University Plaza Waterfront Hotel is the official “Home Away From Home” for the Stockton Thunder with watch parties for every away game starting an hour before puck drop at Delta Bistro in the hotel. Not only will you get to watch the game with the other Thunder fans, but you also can win prize packs during the raffles in between each period.
