At 12:05 pm, the women's 1500 meter race will take place. Juniors Sarah Bailey (Vernon, British Columbia), Jessica Guerra (Stockton, Calif.), Mia Knipper (Morada, Calif.) and Lauren Nakaso (San Ramon, Calif.) will join sophomore Myra Lakdawala (Karachi, Pakistan) on the track. Senior Micaela Todd (Mill Creek, Wash.) is listed as an alternate for the event. The school record in the event is held by Becky Grabow, who posted a 4:48.32 at the Chabot/CSU East Bay Legacy Invitational last April.

Megan Murphy (Santa Maria, Calif.) will make her collegiate field event debut at the Women's High Jump event taking place at 1:00 pm, looking to best the 1.49m program mark established by Lia Genovese last season.
Padilla will participate in the 400m dash at 1:05 pm, a race in which Ashley Keeline holds the program mark with a time of 1:04.69. The 100m dash at 1:40 pm pits Ezeji, Long and Padilla against sophomore Jasmine Jenkins (San Ramon, Calif.) and freshman Taylor Ayers (Castaic, Calif.). Fogel is listed as an alternate to round out the Pacific contingent in the sprint.

At the Bulldog Invitational last season, Malaya Cabrera posted a time of 13.09, a program best in the 100m.
At 2:25 pm, the 800m race will see Bailey, Knipper, Nakaso and Lakdawala compete for the Orange and Black. Knipper owns the program-best mark with a 2:22.48 at the Woody Wilson Invite in 2013. In the 5000m at 4:15 pm, Becky Grabow (Carson City, Nev.) Lindsay Wourms (Camas, Wash.),  Grace McManus (Apple Valley, Calif.), Megan Hall (Rocklin, Calif.) and Murphy will look to continue the momentum they finished the cross country campaign with in the fall. Grabow posted a 17:55.64 at the SF State Distance Carnival last season to establish a school record for the track discipline.

Coach Josh Jones said of the Duyst Invitational, "This week each runner has their own objectives and race strategy that they are going to go with.  We haven't raced in a few months so this will be getting the race legs going again." The Tigers head coach continued, "Our goal this week isn't necessarily time but to stick to race strategy.  We have been training really well and we should have some solid performances."

Race results will be available as soon as they are made public by Cal State Stanislaus - Check PacificTigers.com following the race for updates.
