Over 3,000 people are expected to descend on Lodi’s Micke Grove Regional Park for The Micke Grove Easter Egg Hunt. The popular community event, hosted by San Joaquin County Parks, is set for Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 10 AM to 1 PM.
Approximately 25,000 candy and toy-filled eggs will be scattered throughout Micke Grove’s two ballfields for the 11 AM hunt. Children under four years and those with special needs are welcome to hunt in a protected area within the two fields, with the remaining hunt area open to kids ages 5 and up. The Micke Grove Easter Egg Hunt is not a race or contest to allow each child to participate at their own pace.
More than 25 different agencies and non-profit organizations will be on hand with games and crafts, including Lodi City Animal Services with adoptable animals The Easter Bunny will be available for photos after the hunt. Other activities such as face painting are expected, as well as a variety of food truck options for lunch.
Guests must pre-register for The Micke Grove Easter Egg Hunt, which will open Monday, March 24. Tickets are limited due to event capacity. Registration links will be available on the Parks’ website, sjparks.com, as well as Facebook and Instagram. Event registration is $10 per vehicle.
