Councilmember Moses Zapien, District 4, will hold his monthly community office hour at City Hall, 425 N. El Dorado Street, 2nd Floor, Room 200A, on Monday, February 2, 2015. His office hours are the first Monday of each month, 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Members of the community are welcome and encouraged to drop in for one-on-one discussions. Councilmember Zapien is fluent in Spanish.
Councilmember Zapien represents Council District 4, which extends north to Fourteen Mile Slough and March Lane; west to include the Port of Stockton and Brookside; east to Wilson Way and Golden Gate Ave; and south to Smith Canal, Harding Way, and Union Pacific Rail Road, just north of the Crosstown Freeway. The district also includes the Miracle Mile and University of the Pacific.
